Helping You Connect With Your Prospects
The Science of "Connecting"
There are multiple layers to “connecting”
You have the actual art of connecting - aka the human soft skills required to actually get on the same wave length of other people.
Then there’s the technical side of connecting:
-
What channels are used?
-
What’s the current state of success
-
What’s not going well?
-
Why?
If it’s cold calling - there’s the “connect rate” - the rate of which prospects answer the phone.
-
When are you calling?
-
Who are you calling?
-
What tools and systems are being used?
-
Where are you calling people from? (Regions)
How does the “art of connecting” mentioned above come into play for “connect rate”?
All of these things are factored into the Science of Connecting, so I like to call it.
I’m a long time SDR, cold caller and Rev Ops guy.
I think there’s a right way and a wrong way to “connect” with prospects.
Ways that help the brand name as opposed to hurt.
Ways to get prospects to lean in. Even ask for meetings on cold calls.
Selling without selling. Unique ways to start conversations.
These are all things that I specialize in.
